Terms of Service — Posture Plus

These terms govern your use of the Posture Plus app, provided by REAPPS LLC. By using Posture Plus you agree to them. They supplement, and do not replace, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Use of the app

You may use Posture Plus for personal, lawful purposes. You must not abuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Purchases

Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies.

Posture Plus offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription to the same content is purchased.

Posture Plus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REAPPS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo.
