About Posture Plus
AirPods sense your head angle. Posture Plus estimates the load on your neck (roughly 12 kg at just 15° forward) and, if you stay tilted for 20 seconds, plays a soft chime and a light tap. Calibrate your neutral position in three seconds, set a daily good-posture goal, and watch your week improve. Works with AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, AirPods (3rd and 4th generation) and Beats Fit Pro.
