Posture Plus works without a subscription: live head angle, nudges, sessions, calibration, your daily goal, the last seven days of history and five tips.
What Posture Plus+ adds
- Your full history: every session, kept forever, with trends beyond this week.
- Calming nudge sounds: Glass Bell, Low Breeze and Droplet, alongside the Soft Chime.
- The complete tips library: stretches and desk resets for your neck, shoulders and upper back.
Upgrade from the card on Home or from Settings › Upgrade to Posture Plus+. You can choose monthly or yearly. When a free trial is offered, the upgrade screen says so before you subscribe.
Restore a purchase
On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, go to Settings › Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Cancel
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in the iPhone Settings app › your name › Subscriptions. You keep Posture Plus+ until the end of the period you paid for.
