Your daily goal and history

The Today card

The Today card on Home shows how much time you've spent in good posture today, against your daily goal. Good posture means your head was below your nudge angle while a session was running. Time outside a session isn't counted.

Change your goal in Settings › Daily goal, in half-hour steps.

The History tab

History shows the last seven days:

  • This week: your total good-posture time, your average tilt and how many nudges you got.
  • Good posture per day: minutes below your nudge angle each day, with your goal as a line.
  • Average tilt: your average head tilt each day. Lower is better. The dashed line is your nudge angle.
  • Your sessions, newest first, each with its good-posture percentage, length, nudges and average tilt.

Sessions shorter than five seconds aren't saved.

Older sessions

Everyone sees the last seven days. Sessions older than that are kept on your iPhone, and Posture Plus+ shows all of them.
