## Sent to help improve the app

So we can see what's working, the app sends a few usage events, such as finishing a setup step, starting or ending a session (with its length, good-posture percentage and number of nudges) and a nudge playing. If the app crashes, a crash report is sent. These carry a random identifier made for this app on your iPhone, not your name, email or Apple Account, and they're never used for advertising or tracking.

Subscriptions go through Apple. We don't see your payment details.
