# Posture Plus+ and your subscription

Posture Plus works without a subscription: live head angle, nudges, sessions, calibration, your daily goal, the last seven days of history and five tips.

## What Posture Plus+ adds

- **Your full history**: every session, kept forever, with trends beyond this week.
- **Calming nudge sounds**: Glass Bell, Low Breeze and Droplet, alongside the Soft Chime.
- **The complete tips library**: stretches and desk resets for your neck, shoulders and upper back.

Upgrade from the card on Home or from **Settings** › **Upgrade to Posture Plus+**. You can choose monthly or yearly. When a free trial is offered, the upgrade screen says so before you subscribe.

## Restore a purchase

On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, go to **Settings** › **Restore purchases**. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

## Cancel

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in the iPhone **Settings** app › your name › **Subscriptions**. You keep Posture Plus+ until the end of the period you paid for.
